All sales are final.
We do not issue refunds, exchanges or process returns except at the discretion of the store owners and or general managers.
If the item is unworn, undamaged, and in new original packaging state, a customer relations specialists will do the best they can to perform an exchange.
A gift card will be issued in lieu of merchandise returned.
If the item comes back to the store and is deemed worn or damaged, a restocking fee of 25% - 50% will be applied to the sale and less the customer's refund.
All shipping is non-refundable.
If any item is special ordered, there is a strict no return and no exchange policy.
